March 28th 2020: Moon conjunct Venus 24° Taurus, trine Pluto 24° Capricorn with Jupiter and Athena 23° Capricorn. This is the seventh of nine Moon/Venus conjunctions in this cycle, representing Inanna rising through the Third Eye Chakra gate. Moon/Venus trine Pluto/Athena/Jupiter is joined by Mars trine Sedna, and Saturn in Aquarius trine Vesta in Gemini.
Inanna’s descent through the Third Eye gate in the first half of this cycle took place on December 3rd, 2018:
“When the Third Eye is blocked, we believe that things are as they seem. Consciousness vibrates lower and we lose receptivity to psychic information, and can’t feel our intuition, because the brain is functioning at a rudimentary level. Survival mode, reactionary. Depressed…..
Inanna’s passage through the Third Eye gate of Moon and Venus at Zero Scorpio, opposite Uranus at 29° Aries is an emergency burning: when you find yourself in a survival situation you sacrifice, literally sacrifice with fire, non-essential items for warmth and light.”
The first week of December 2018, during the Third Eye descent, I had surgery and then attempted to heal under extremely stressful and demanding conditions, and my mental health has not been the same since. Throughout 2019 I was repeatedly re-traumatized by circumstances far beyond my control, and key to my survival was the shadow work of staying committed to the awareness that these circumstances are not what they seem. Much of this work was encouraging my ego to let go of attachments to anything not directly related to survival- and the most painful part was learning to let go of needing to know WHY these things are happening. Figuring out exactly how and why your house caught on fire is not something you do before you get out of the house.
Now, at the end of March 2020, it is obvious how that descent work prepared me for this ascension phase. The Moon and Venus are exactly trine Pluto, acknowledging the immensity of this moment in history. Saturn, Mars, Pluto, Jupiter, and Athena are launching us into a unrecognizable new reality, and looking inward through the Third Eye gate gives us access to the code. Regardless of the many narratives questioning the reasons behind our global quarantine (I do not need to know WHY), I know my strength, I am ready for what comes next, I am in full awareness of myself and my environment as a seamless oneness, and I understand exactly what I must do. My third eye is open.
Moon/Venus trine Pluto/Athena/Jupiter are joined by Mars 28° Capricorn trine Sedna 27° Taurus. Mars is extremely potent here not just due to his proximity to three outer planets, but because 28° Capricorn is the degree where he stationed direct throughout August of 2018 at the end of his last retrograde. Now as he crosses this degree again he is blazing forth separating from Jupiter and Pluto, and building towards Saturn. By his trine to Sedna we are propelled by the power we discovered in mastering our own pain- an energy amplified by the Sun conjunct Lilith and Chiron in Mars-ruled Aries.
Saturn in Aquarius trine Vesta in Gemini are leading the way forward, evoking the heightened intensity of bonds between human beings in times of global crisis. At this stage of the Venus cycle, with Venus at greatest elongation, trine Pluto conjunct Jupiter, while Saturn is entering Aquarius, humanity is on the verge of a new level of third eye opening, unity consciousness, blessed by Vesta’s long-awaited ingress into Gemini where she is most lively, gregarious and generous.
